Responsibilities:
- Advising the Vice-Chancellor in Finance and Administration for optimal resource efficiency
- Tracking the implementation of the funds of the Vice-Chancellery
- Establishing financial discipline in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Planning for the improvement of the structure and function of the departments and units under the supervision of the Vice-Chancellery of Education
- Prioritizing discipline and compliance with financial and administrative regulations
- Prioritizing existing resources and assessing the educational needs of colleges and departments and field units
- Following up the implementation of the budget of the deputy and respect the principles of resistance economy
