- Collaborate in all matters related to creating and completing student files and documents for new incoming students in each semester
- Follow up on the timely organization and holding of classes of international students in all schools
- Follow up on holding mid-term and final exams for international students
- Collaborate in introducing new incoming students to the Automated Services Department for the issuance of student cards
- Collaborate in providing services related to the Navid and Ham-Ava systems to international students
- Collaborate in matters related to the internationalization of medical education and the accreditation of the international unit
- Collaborate in the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results of final and mid-term exams held for international students
- Collaborate in holding the meetings of the International Education Coordination Council
