- Follow up on student insurance issues and sending students' documents to the health insurance organization
- Coordinate and plan the students' Persian language training programs and commuting services
- Coordinate and refer the international students to the student health center located in the university, in order to make their health records
- Coordinate with foreign nationals residence offices and receive Faragir code for international students
- Introduce new incoming students to judicial service offices to receive Sana code
- Coordinate and plan cultural programs on various occasions (competitions, celebrations, etc.)
- Issue the letter of permission for international students to leave the country
- Follow up on requests for items and services for the department and dormitories
- Follow up on affairs related to student consulting
- Issue Enrolment Certificates for students in Farsi and English
