- Recruit and admit foreign undergraduate students and do all related matters
- Advertise and introduce the university in order to attract applicants through consultants, agents and communication with related organizations
- Establish communication with applicants and provide necessary information for registration in the university
- Submit the admission report of the applicants to the international student admission committee
- Carry out all consular affairs of students, including registering information in the Saorg system, issuing visas, issuing and extending residency and leaving the country
- Follow up on matters related to non-Iranian students and check their applications in the university
- Update and record all statistics and information related to students
