The 2nd Food Festival on Saturday, October 26, 2024 was a fantastic success! The event brought together MUI international students as well as staff members to celebrate the incredibly diverse culture represented in our community.
At the food festival, students from different nations ran food booths offering their own traditional dishes for everyone to try. The booths were decorated with flags and other traditional items, creating a truly immersive experience. The IED building was filled with wonderful smells from across the world, and the sounds of the music and laughter filled the venue. The event was a melting pot of cultures, and it was a truly unforgettable experience for everyone who attended.
The main objective behind the event was making the foreign students aware of the various food items and the cultures they come from. It, indeed, was a chance to learn about different cultures, to try new foods, and to make new friends.
We would like to extend a huge thank to all the students who worked tirelessly to make the event a success. We are truly grateful for their dedication and efforts.
