On October 3, 2024, the IED took the MUI international students on a one-day excursion to the Markadeh village. Markadeh is a historical village located in the twists and turns of Zayandeh Rood River, where dazzles the eyes of every tourist with its astonishing beauty. The area is perfect for nature and adventure lovers due to its pristine and green nature, soaring mountains, and dense gardens.
Students witnessed a dreamy and amazing view of nature by spending the day beside the Zayandeh Rood River as well as walking on some of the most incredible pedestrian bridges on the river, and enjoyed it to the fullest. Besides, they experienced a rush of adrenaline and the thrill of rafting on the roaring rivers of Zayandeh Rood. While rafting, students also enjoyed the beautiful landscapes on both sides of the river. This part of the river is the most watery part of the Zayandeh Rood River, so that the roar and beauty of the river can be seen beautifully in this region.
The tour was, definitely, what students needed to upgrade their experiences, and make their weekend unforgettable and memorable.
