Muslims from all over the world commemorate the birth anniversary of the beloved Messenger of Islam, Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him), and the Islamic Unity Week. The Unity Week, which spans the days between the two differing opinions of the exact date of the Prophet’s birth, is an inclusive celebration to meet people of other cultures and faiths, and to recognize that unity builds a better future than division ever could.
In an effort to create unity and solidarity among MUI international students and mark the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad and the Islamic Unity Week, a ceremony was held at International Education Center on Monday October 2nd, 2023.
Moreover, the students who were runner-up in the first festival of indigenous and local games, were given prizes, and some related activities and games had also been conducted for students to commemorate the event. The ceremony ended by a very fabulous Islamic preach performed by one of our students that contained some pieces of advice from the Great Prophet (Peace be upon Him).
