Dear students;
Regarding traveling to Iraq during Arbaeen for non-Iranian students, students can go to KEFALAT offices in all provinces and receive the Arbaeen booklet by handing over their passports, and go from Iran to Iraq and after returning by giving back the Arbaeen booklet they can receive their passport.
