1- Absence in class sessions up to the limit specified in the educational regulations will be allowed and will not be subject to grade deduction if
• Submit valid documents and an approved certificate
• It is approved by the educational deputy of relevant school.
2- Dealing with the unjustified absences of students which should not exceed 4/17 of total hours of a lesson is as follows:
• An unjustified absence is forgivable
• Two unjustified absences deduction of 1 point
• Three unjustified absences deduction of 2.25 points
• four unjustified absences deduction of 4 points
3- In case of class cancelation (illegal) which is done in groups by students, the professor can deduct up to 2 points for each session.
* It should be noted that the absences should not exceed 4/17 of total hours of a lesson, otherwise; the score of zero will be considered and the student can not drop the course.
